Yes, believe it or not there are actual dining styles. Which one you choose really doesn't matter - in fact you can even switch between the two within the same meal and no one will write you an etiquette citation.

It has been a while since I last wrote. I've been busy...trying to find a new location for La Fleur classes to be held. I had planned to start classes in October at the Halo Institute, a non-profit business incubator in the Old Market. However, the institute just announced that it is moving to a new home on the campus of Creighton University. In the meantime, I have been test-marketing the La Fleur concept and have learned a lot from moms who have been gracious enough to spend time talking with me about it.

How often do we go at it, day in and day out, without ever having the opportunity to know what dreams even exist in the dusty corners of our imagination? We don't have to wait for life to hand us the involuntary pause, which often comes in unwelcome forms like retirement, illness or unemployment. We can choose to hit the pause button on ourselves every day by taking a moment to be quiet. To dream.
